Food Services Available at CPS Schools
All Cincinnati Public Schools have a cafeteria. Breakfast is FREE for all Cincinnati Public School students. Students may bring a lunch from home or buy lunch at school to eat in the school cafeteria.
The price of “for pay” lunches is:
$1.75 – elementary schools
$2.00 – secondary schools
The price of milk:
$0.50 – milk for all grades
Student Meal Account (PayPAMS)
Parents may set up an online Student Meal Account to:
- Pay for meals (telephone can also be used)
- Add lunch money
- Set up and schedule automatic payments based on account balance
- Receive e-mail notification of meal account balances or low balances
- Pay with credit card or electronic check
- Maintain one account for multiple students
- See what food items are being purchased (30 day history provided for each student account)
*NOTE: Even if parents don’t use the Student Meal Account for payments, they can still check to see what their children are eating.

School Menus and Nutritional Information are posted monthly, detailing what food will be served each day.
Free & Reduced-Price Lunch Program
Cincinnati Public Schools provides free & reduced-price lunches in accordance with Federal Government requirements. The Federal Government has a guide based on a family’s size and annual income to show who is eligible for either free meals or reduced price meals. Children from families whose annual income is at, or below, the Federal Guideline are eligible for the free or reduced price meals.
